Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). The question raised from this is, “what is this ‘life, and how do I live it?” Many young people today are not connected with the church. Many view the church as “superstitious mythology.” It is understandable as to how people come to this conclusion. My passion is to lovingly present Jesus to a new generation of Christians. It is time for the Christian church to reach out to you and invite you to experience the presence of Jesus in your life.
The human condition we know as sin, separates us from God. We all have it, and no one is free from it (Romans 3:23). Because of sin, we count ourselves unlovable to God. Thanks to the person we know as Jesus Christ this is not the case. Through the life, death and resurrection (coming back to life) of Jesus, we can know the love of God. As it is written in Hebrew poetry (Psalms 46:10), “Be silent, and know that I am God!”
Don’t take my word for it, ask Jesus for a moment to experience his presence. Be patient, be still and wait. Ask a few times. If you are serious about getting to know him, you will experience him.
